Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order, however, we have some stipulations to our return policy:
Many of my items are one-of-a-kind so replacing an item with the exact item you purchased may not be possible; however, I will do my best to find a replacement that you will be happy with.
No returns on sale items unless there is a defect in the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returns must be shipped back to me (Canada Post with tracking) before replacements or refunds are issued. There is no refund on shipping. Ship to: 62 McCarthy Lane, R.R.#4 Picton, ON K0K2T0. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
